Romeo LeBlanc Biography
Romeo LeBlanc, Canadian politician was born on December 18, 1927. He grew up in Memramcook, New Brunswick. He was studying at the College of St. Joseph, from where he got a bachelor’s degree in arts. He also attended to Paris University, where he studied French civilization.
In 1951 he started working as a teacher at Drummond’s. After two years he started working at the New Brunswick Teacher’s College. He also worked as French language broadcaster.
Romeo LeBlanc married to Joslyn "Lyn" Carter in 1966. The couple had two children:Genevieve and Dominic LeBlanc. LeBlanc and Carter divorced in 1981. In 1994, LeBlanc married to Diana Fowler. She also had two children from her previous marriage.
After being released from the service of Queen, LeBlanc returned to New Brunswick. He had Alzheimer’s disease. Romeo LeBlancdied in Grande-Digue on the 24th June in 2009.
